After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Kentucky (1999), I began my relationship with the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) of Greater Louisville.  There, I provide fitness instruction, assessments, exercise prescription and program revitalization.

Recognizing the need to augment my skills and knowledge-base, I returned to the University of Kentucky where I earned a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, Exercise Physiology from the College of Education (2001).

In 2004, I started my own business – TNT Fitness Training, LLC, through which I continue to educate children, adults and the active older adult, through TNT’s mission statement:

“To support each client in the challenge of making a healthy lifestyle Change - a healthy lifesytle habit, through education, ENCOURAGEMENT, and Exercise.”

I am capable, both personally and professionally, of functioning in the most optimal capacity, through client centered relationships.  The ability to provide an ‘experience’ for each client served through TNT is one the most important reasons for starting the company.

I have continued doing various forms of teaching at elementary schools, camps, daycare enrichment sites and churches, just to name a few.  The breath of TNT lies in the community outreach partnerships established and intended collaborations, for the client, and the community at large.

I have served ten years at the YMCA, and have a client base that extends from small children to providing instruction to senior citizens at area residential establishments.  I have experience with community outreach programs through non-profit agencies, as well as, engaging with others through seminar and exercise demonstrations.  I have worked with athletes to prepare them for the Olympics, to now retired athletes diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.  I have trained in the homes of the rich and the communities of the poor, carrying with me the mission that makes it all possible.  TNT strives to…strive…for the betterment of others.
